Lovejoy Health Center welcomes Yueer Ren, FNP

WATERVILLE & ALBION – Connie Coggins, HealthReach President/CEO, is pleased to announce that Yueer Ren, FNP will be joining Lovejoy Health Center in Albion as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Ms. Ren is a recent graduate of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Southern Maine where she also received her undergraduate nursing degree in 1993. She brings extensive nursing experience in intensive care units, operating rooms, and a psychiatric acute care hospital. A native of China, Ms. Ren relocated to the United States in June 1989.

"I have provided acute nursing care in hospital settings for the past 15 years and now look forward to working at Lovejoy Health Center where I can promote health, prevent diseases, and provide medical services to the community and family members of all ages in a proactive setting," said Ren. Her clinical interests include holistic individualized health care, international medicine, and treatment of heart disease and chronic lung disease.

Ms. Ren joins two physicians, Dr. Forrest West and Dr. Larry McAleer as well as Gretchen Morrow, PA-C, physician assistant. The clinicians provide medical care and preventive services to 4,500 residents of Albion, China, Freedom, Palermo, Thorndike, Troy, Unity, and other surrounding communities.

Lovejoy Health Center is one of the eleven practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a system of eleven federally qualified health centers in central and western Maine. Dedicated providers deliver first-class health care to citizens in over 80 rural communities.
