| HealthReach Community Health Centers (HRCHC) is a system of eleven federally qualified health centers, which provide health care and additional services in rural communities of Central and Western Maine. We welcome residents and visitors of all ages to our practices.
HealthReach Community Health Centers is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and providers are deemed Public Health Service employees under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
