The eleven health centers of HealthReach serve families in over 80 rural communities, primarily in Kennebec, Franklin, Oxford, Somerset, Lincoln, Sagadahoc and Androscoggin counties. Over 30,000 people chose us as their primary care provider in 2011, totaling 99,835 visits. We work closely with four hospitals located in our service areas: Franklin Memorial Hospital (Farmington), MaineGeneral Medical Center (Augusta and Waterville), Redington-Fairview General Hospital (Skowhegan) and Stephens Memorial Hospital (Norway). We also collaborate with local organizations, state agencies and individuals who deliver crisis, health, social service, education and other complementary services to area residents.
